Maria Ricciardi

Maria Ricciardi brings more than a decade of senior living leadership experience to her role as Executive Director at Mattison Crossing. With a strong background spanning multiple Executive Director positions across New Jersey, she has built a reputation for operational excellence, team development, and creating communities where residents feel genuinely supported and at home.

She began her healthcare career as a Certified Home Health Aide, advanced to a Certified Medication Aide, and later transitioned into marketing, giving her a well-rounded perspective on both care delivery and community growth. Over the years, she has successfully led communities through growth, transition, and stabilization while maintaining a clear focus on quality care, team engagement, and resident satisfaction.

Maria is known for her hands-on leadership style and her ability to foster meaningful connections among residents, families, and team members. She is dedicated to cultivating a warm, engaging environment where residents can enjoy a vibrant lifestyle supported by compassionate care and personalized service.
